Luxe Bedding reserves the right to accept or reject your order for any reason including product unavailability & incorrect price at any time. Luxe Bedding will not be liable to you for your loss or that of any third party for the rejection of an Order.

Luxe Bedding uses Australia Post parcel service to deliver your Goods. You agree to your details including your Delivery Address to be supplied for the purpose of delivering your Goods. Please ensure you provide correct address including correct suburb & postcode.
Delivery time frames may change from time to time due to unforeseen circumstances and Luxe Bedding is not liable with respect to any loss, damage, cost, expense or injury you or any third party suffers as a result of a change in delivery times or a delay in delivery.

We will accept returns for faulty products, however for hygienic reasons we will not exchange or refund goods for change of mind. We only accept returns if the product is damaged or not working properly.
Refunds are for the cost of the product only and do not include the shipping cost. If we have offered free shipping actual initial shipping cost would be deducted from refund amount.
Please note Under the Health Act pillows, quilts, underlays, bed toppers, mattress and pillow protectors are non-refundable unless faulty. We unfortunately cannot accept exchanges or returns for these products. We encourage you to make your selection of items carefully prior to your purchase. Please ensure when you return your items the are in unopened, unused, in original packaging with labelling intact to be eligible under the guarantee.
Returns & Refunds Policy:
In an unlikely event If a product is damaged or not working properly, contact us to organise return or refund possibility.
You will receive a full refund less the inbound and outbound delivery costs associated with the returned goods. In the event a product is purchased during a Free Delivery, the actual delivery cost of products(s) purchased will be deducted from your refund.
Once your returned item(s) have been received, will review items and once cleared you will either receive your new item or a refund by Your default payment methods.
